Location:

Salary:

6 days working | 1 rotational off

⏰ Shifts:

Male: 24/7 rotational
Female: Day rotational (6 AM – 10 PM window)

🔸Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound customer calls
with professionalism and empathy.
Communicate effectively in
English and Hindi
to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.
Exhibit
active listening
and a
customer-first mindset
during every interaction.
Ensure timely resolution and maintain service quality as per company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close complex cases efficiently.

🔸 Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication in English (neutral accent) and Hindi (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Ability to stay
calm and polite under pressure

Good
typing speed
and attention to detail.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving

Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in
Inbound Voice Process
(Customer Support or BPO).
Work Type:
Work from Office (Ambattur, Chennai).
Working Days:
6 days a week, 1 rotational off.
