Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Voice Process
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
About the Role
We are hiring freshers for the role of Customer Service Associate in a Voice Support process. This position is ideal for candidates who have excellent English communication skills and want to start their career in the BPO and customer service industry.
Salary
- ₹2.7 LPA (Fixed for Freshers)
Eligibility
- Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, or Postgraduates- Freshers only (no experience required)- Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral accent- Good typing speed, accuracy, and basic computer knowledge
Work Details
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs- Fixed Shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10 hours including 1-hour break)- Work from Office – Bangalore
