Customer Support Associate (Trainee)

As a Technical Support Trainee, you will undergo training in ISP operations, customer handling, and technical troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with queries regarding internet connectivity, modem/router configuration, speed issues, and more. You will learn to identify, diagnose, and escalate technical problems to the relevant teams while following standard procedures to troubleshoot customer issues through various communication channels such as calls, chats, or emails.
