Job Description

-Undergo training on ISP operations, customer handling, and technical troubleshooting. -Assist customers with queries related to internet connectivity, modem/router configuration, speed issues, etc. -Learn to identify, diagnose, and escalate technical problems to relevant teams. -Follow standard procedures to troubleshoot customer issues through call, chat, or email. -Document interactions in the system and maintain customer logs. -Provide timely updates and follow-ups to ensure issue resolution. -Support senior team members and participate in on-the-job learning. *Opportunity to grow into a permanent Technical Support role within the company. *Supportive and inclusive work environment — female candidates encouraged to apply.
