We are hiring enthusiastic freshers to join our BPO Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound). This role is ideal for individuals who want to kick-start their career in customer support and gain valuable hands-on experience while working in a dynamic and professional environment.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance-related services
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
• Update and manage customer records in the system
• Follow company communication and operational guidelines
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months experience
• Manageable/good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 CTC
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Shift: Rotational
• Work Mode: On-site (Hyderabad)
