Role Overview: You will provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting. Collaboration with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues promptly will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
