Job Description

KV Marketing Solutions is looking for the experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative/ Complaints specialist.

Training will be provided
5 Days working

Responsibilities-

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
Follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills required-

Proven experience in a customer service role.
Proven track record in International BPO.
Exceptional listening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle pressure.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
