Customer Support Associate - International Voice

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our International Voice Process (US). The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with a high level of service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Follow process guidelines and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in an international voice process (US preferred) is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (Monday to Friday).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
