Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Associate (CSA) for the International Voice and Backend Process at Pune - Kharadi location, your role will involve handling customer queries and providing support through both voice and backend channels. We are specifically seeking Graduates with excellent verbal communication skills in English to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through voice and backend channels. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions. - Maintain customer records and documentation efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree in any field. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English. The company offers a salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 based on experience, along with company-provided cab facilities. The interview process will consist of two rounds conducted at the Kharadi, Pune location. Applicants should be below 35 years old to be eligible.
