Customer Support Associate

As a member of the team at DIGITAP.AI, you will be instrumental in providing high tech advanced AI / ML solutions to new age internet driven businesses. Our focus is on delivering reliable, fast, and 100% compliant Customer Onboarding, Automated Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Customized Scorecards, and other Big Data enabled services. One of our key processes involves extracting data from various sources through web scraping. Your responsibilities will include guiding new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition onto our platform. You will also be tasked with fostering strong and enduring relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and escalations promptly. Providing timely and effective support via email to resolve technical issues will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in gathering and relaying customer feedback to internal teams, advocating for enhancements to our services. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have up to 2 years of experience in customer support or relationship management, preferably in SaaS or fintech industries. Strong writing and verbal skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and an intermediate understanding of API structure, JSON are also required. You should possess the ability to learn and explain technical concepts effectively. Problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to customer needs, and proficiency in MS Tools with a good typing speed will be valuable assets in this position.,
