Customer Support Associate (CSA) - Voice

About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates (L2) for our Voice Process team. If you have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and enjoy helping customers resolve queries over phone calls, this is the right opportunity for you.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Customer Support Associate (L2)
• Job Type: Contractual (till 31st Oct 2025; extension based on performance & business needs)
• Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO)
• Shift: Rotational 24/7 Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational week offs)
• Work Hours: 10 hours/day (9 hrs work + 1 hr break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer queries via voice calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a polite and professional tone.
• Ensure first-call resolution and quality customer support.
• Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum High School Pass (12th pass).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi, with neutral pronunciation and minimal MTI.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Should not have appeared for any Flipkart interview in the past 3 months.
• Willingness to work in night shifts / odd shifts as required.
• No planned leaves for the first 3 months after joining.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• PMAP Assessment
• Client Round (Video Call)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Shift Allowance: Pick-up or drop available for odd shifts.
• Training: May be scheduled in night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
