Customer Support Associate (CSA) - Voice

As a Customer Support Associate (L2) in the Voice Process team, your role involves handling customer queries over phone calls with the aim of providing exceptional service by resolving issues professionally and efficiently. This is a contractual position until October 31, 2025, with the potential for extension based on your performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Work 10 hours per day in rotational 24/7 shifts - Provide first-call resolution for customer queries - Maintain quality customer support - Adhere to process guidelines to meet performance targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of High School Pass (12th pass) - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi - Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy - Willingness to work in night shifts or odd shifts as needed The interview process will include HR screening, a typing test, an operations round, a Voice Versant Test (V4 and above), a PMAP assessment, and a client round via video call.
