As a Customer Support Associate, you will interact with customers over voice and chat platforms for both domestic and international processes. Your core responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and satisfactory resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards. You will be expected to manage large volumes of queries, log data accurately, and meet daily performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats with professionalism Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions Maintain call/chat logs and documentation in internal systems Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and SLAs Stay informed on product updates and process changes Eligibility Criteria: Graduate freshers and experienced professionals are welcome Undergraduates must have at least 6 months of BPO experience with relevant documents (offer letter, experience letter, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory Compensation: International Process: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Domestic Process: Up to ₹16,000 per month
