The Opportunity: Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls to convert leads into sales. These leads are generated after customers have compared our services. The Telesales Executive will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by reaching out to potential clients, following up on inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in our services through online comparisons or inquiries. Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers regarding service offerings. Address customer questions, concerns, and objections to secure sales. Sales Process Management: Identify and assess customers' needs to recommend the right service package. Provide detailed information on services, features, pricing, and promotions. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by offering excellent customer service. Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Track personal performance and report on sales metrics regularly. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Attend training sessions and participate in regular team meetings to share best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Outbound Sales.
