Key Responsibility Area:

• Responding to customer queries via call, chat, and Email.

• Ensuring all agent KPI (Key performance indicators) are met, not limited to, AHT, NPS, Time on System, Quality scores.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fluent speaking and writing ability in English.

• Graduate.

• Fresher can apply.

• The age limit is not more than 35 years.

• Comfortable with rotational night shifts is a must.

• Basic knowledge of using computers.
