Job Description

You will be joining Arata as a Customer Support Representative in New Delhi. In this full-time on-site role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products. Your role will require exceptional communication skills, a solid grasp of e-commerce operations, and practical experience with the Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the online shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries. - Using Shopify to assist customers with order tracking, product details, returns, exchanges, and account management. - Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics teams to address shipping problems and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product range to give accurate answers and recommend products. - Identifying and escalating unresolved customer issues to the Customer Service Manager for continuous service improvement. - Recording interactions in the CRM system and keeping precise records of customer feedback and inquiries. - Working with the marketing and sales teams to convey promotions, new product launches, and other relevant information to customers. - Assisting in developing and implementing best practices for customer service operations, contributing to team training and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting. - Freshers / 2-3 years of experience preferred. - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, is desired. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer engagement. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. - A team player with a positive outlook and a strong commitment to the company's success.
