Key Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless support to global Airbnb customers via calls, chats, and emails
• Provide end-to-end assistance on reservations, cancellations, account management, and escalations
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in every interaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Consistently achieve service quality and productivity benchmarks
• Uphold Airbnb’s brand values by creating exceptional customer experiences

Desired Candidate Profile

• Absolute fluency in English – impeccable grammar, pronunciation, and articulation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
• Basic technical proficiency (MS Office, web navigation, CRM tools)
• Adaptability to rotational shifts (if required by business process)
• Energetic, confident, and professional
