Customer Support Analyst

As a Customer Support Analyst for the International Voice Process, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in a professional manner. Your primary tasks will include addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication. You will be working in a dynamic environment that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to communicate clearly with customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service. In addition to your customer service responsibilities, you will be required to use desktop computer systems efficiently. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of up to 21,000.00 per month, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, performance bonuses, shift allowances, yearly bonuses, and cab facilities for employees working in US rotational shifts.
