Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner. - Providing accurate and helpful information to customers. - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. - Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Average to good communication skills, both written and verbal.
