We are currently hiring for a Non-Voice Process role, welcoming applications from both freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong communication skills.

11:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Selection Process:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication, along with proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Minimum qualification: Any undergraduate degree (Note: BE, B.Tech, PG, and MBA freshers are not eligible).
• Freshers and professionals with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer service via chat or voice channels.
• Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, or sales in an international environment.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
