Walk-in Interview Timing: 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM Selection Process: AI-based Interview HR Discussion Skill Assessments Operations Round Eligibility Requirements: Strong verbal communication, along with proficient reading and writing skills. Basic computer knowledge, including typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Minimum qualification: Any undergraduate degree (Note: BE, B.Tech, PG, and MBA freshers are not eligible). Freshers and professionals with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Preferred Skills: Experience in customer service via chat or voice channels. Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, or sales in an international environment.
