Customer Success (Post Sales)

As a Customer Success Executive at Qoruz, your role involves leading the onboarding journey for new customers on the MarTech platform. You will conduct personalized product demos, training sessions, and share best practices to ensure a seamless transition and maximum value derivation. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading Customer Onboarding & Engagement: Conducting personalized product demos, training sessions, and sharing best practices for effective adoption of the MarTech platform. - Building Customer Relationships: Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their marketing goals, providing strategic recommendations, and identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling. - Providing Customer Support & Retention: Addressing customer queries with speed and empathy through email, chat, and calls, proactively resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. - Tracking Performance & Providing Insights: Monitoring customer usage, engagement, and success metrics, maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM, and providing data-backed insights to improve customer outcomes. - Collaborating Across Teams: Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure effective communication of customer feedback, and collaborating on campaigns and initiatives that drive product adoption and customer success. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing roles, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment. - Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms or influencer marketing ecosystems. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Proactive, analytical, and customer-centric mindset. - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
