Job Summary:

Customer Support & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  
• Address and resolve customer complaints and return/exchange requests
  professionally.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers with order-related
  queries.
• Maintain a customer support ticketing system to track and follow up on issues.

  Operations, Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment team for timely dispatch.
  
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status when necessary.
  
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
  
• Prepare regular reports on customer queries, order status, and operational metrics.
  
• Assist in implementing automation tools to streamline customer support and order processing.

  Requirements:

• Freshers or 1+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or eCommerce.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Eamaple :Shopify ) is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  
• Passion for fashion and online retail is a bonus.
