Your responsibilities include troubleshooting client issues, enhancing client satisfaction, building strong relationships, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Adoption: Tailoring strategies to facilitate the adoption of YuCollect's solutions within client organizations. - Usage: Monitoring client usage patterns and providing guidance for optimal solution effectiveness. - Troubleshoot: Identifying and resolving client issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Travel: Extensive travel to engage with clients. Requirements: - Experience: Over 3 years in the collections industry with a focus on client adoption of technology or financial solutions. - Skills: Strong domain expertise in collections, relationship management, objection handling, cross-selling, up-selling, problem-solving, and industry knowledge.
