Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager – Shopify Apps (B2B SaaS) at Profitonium Apps. This hybrid role is located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also analyze customer feedback, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and address customer needs.
