Job Description

Customer Success Team Lead –For (Raipur - Urla location)

Industry: FMCG / Retail / E-commerce
Experience: 5–7 years (Team Leadership & Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, guide, and review the performance of the Customer Success team.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure prompt issue resolution and maintain a zero-complaint culture.
  • Training & SOPs: Conduct training, performance reviews, and implement support SOPs.
  • Support Operations: Oversee calls, emails, chats, and in-person support; ensure SLA compliance.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports; provide insights from CRM data.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years in customer service (Retail/FMCG/E-commerce preferred).
  • Proven leadership and complaint resolution experience.
  • Strong CRM, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
