Job Summary

We're hiring a proactive Customer Success Manager to speak directly with users, understand their issues with the app, and guide them toward completing their bookings.Key Responsibilities
  • Call users to understand why they dropped off or didn’t complete bookings.
  • Identify app issues, user concerns, or missing features through conversations.
  • Promote rebooking by guiding users and resolving their pain points.
  • Share user insights with the tech/product teams for app improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in customer success, telecalling, or support.
  • Strong communication in Hindi & English.
  • Ability to handle objections and build trust over calls.
  • Understanding of consumer apps and user journey preferred.
