Customer Success Executive

SSB Enterprise is a leading e-commerce company selling premium wellness, grooming, and personal care products under brands like Houzaide: World of Wellness & Care, Pearl Shaving, and EMBROS. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer Inquiries: Attend customer calls and respond to queries related to products, warranty, troubleshooting, and general assistance.
• Warranty Registration & Claims: Register customer warranties, process claims, and ensure smooth resolution.
• Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, finance, and support staff) to manage refunds, replacements, and product concerns.
• Troubleshooting Assistance: Guide customers through product troubleshooting and provide effective solutions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent English communication skill is a must.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but training will be provided.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
