Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive, you’re the voice, guide, and cheerleader for our clients. Your role is part relationship-builder, part problem-solver, and all about making our clients shine. Be the first point of contact for our B2B clients — answer queries, guide them through formulations, and make them feel heard. Understand client needs deeply and translate them into actionable solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and flawless service. Monitor client health, proactively suggest solutions, and anticipate challenges before they arise. Help clients optimize their ingredient usage and support them in achieving their formulation goals. Gather client feedback, share insights with the team, and help us continuously improve our offerings.
