Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding and supporting clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records.
• Contribute ideas to improve client experience.

Qualifications

• Freshers or final-year students are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Passionate about client success and relationship management.
• Basic understanding of MS-Excel
