Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Audit Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate must have a background in commerce

and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role will involve interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
  • Resolve technical issues related to our online platform or products/services, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent delivery of high-quality customer support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product/service offerings, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce OR related commerce background is mandatory.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
