Customer Success Associate/Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users, guiding them through assessments, course enrollments, mentorships, and job applications.
• Provide timely and effective support via chat, email, and calls.
• Monitor user engagement and proactively reach out to ensure successful onboarding and continued usage.
• Collect feedback and collaborate with product and tech teams to improve platform features.
• Assist in organizing and supporting career events, webinars, and mentorship sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of user interactions and report on common issues or trends.
• Educate users about new features, updates, and best practices for maximizing platform benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline; preference for backgrounds in communication, psychology, HR, or education.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, support, or community management (preferably in EdTech or HRTech).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic data reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
