Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Blended Process (Chat + Voice)

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for a blended (chat + voice) customer success role. The position is ideal for candidates with prior international process experience and strong communication skills, looking to work in a tech-support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via chat and voice support channels
• Resolve technical and service-related queries effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Meet performance and quality benchmarks consistently

Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process (preferably tech support)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs
• Should reside within 20 KM of the office location

Job Details:

• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC/month
• Interview Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Versant Test
• Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational shifts and weekly offs
• No. of Openings: 50 positions
• Benefits: Both side cab facility
