Job Description

The selected intern will be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure successful product use, retention, and satisfaction. You will guide and support customers in becoming strong advocates for our products and assist them in achieving their goals using our solutions. Proactively identifying and resolving common customer issues will be a key part of your role. You will also advocate for customer needs across various departments and spot opportunities for up-selling our products. Responding to customer queries via email and telephone will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. This is a Fresher or Internship role with a contract length of 6 months. The work schedule will be day shift, Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
