About Impacteers:

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction & Onboarding Guide new users (Learners & HRs) to post the enrollment. Proactively engage in assisting learners on the platform for customer experience and satisfaction.
• Feedback Collection & Insight Sharing Run scheduled feedback surveys

  (NPS / CSAT / 1-on-1 interviews and calling)

  to understand product and services user satisfaction Translate feedback into actionable feature requests or process fixes for Product, sales, operations, marketing and Growth teams. Internal Stakeholder Management Coordinate with Sales on hand-offs and renewal cues.
• Engage with Mentorship, Course, and Support teams to resolve issues faced by the end users. Reporting Management Maintain timely dashboards on adoption, satisfaction scores, and churn risk. Present concise Voice of Customer reports to leadership, highlighting wins, blockers, and upcoming priorities.

Must-Have Skills

• Email Writing & Cold calling
• Empathetic communication & active listening
• Analytical capability to capture feedback (Excel / Google Sheets or basic BI tools)
• Stakeholder coordination across functions/departments
• Process orientation and strong follow-through
• Familiarity with CRM platform (Salesforce)
• Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.

• 1-3 years experience

  in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support preferably in Ed-Tech and SaaS HR-Tech
• Excellent English; regional language a plus
