The Legal Savvy is looking for driven Client Success Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy client interaction, consultative selling, and building long-term relationships while working in a fast-paced legal services environment.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Manage client interactions via calls, emails, and chat (inbound & outbound)
• Understand client concerns and recommend suitable legal solutions
• Convert qualified leads into active clients through consultative communication
• Ensure timely follow-ups and high levels of client satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams for smooth case handling
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction history in CRM

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Graduate or final-year student with relevant experience
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in financial telesales or service-based sales with successful payment closures
• Strong communication skills in Telugu and English
• Client-centric, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with good organizational and follow-up skills
