Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate/Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually guided businesses in adopting new software/systems by understanding needs, configuring solutions, managing projects, training users, and providing post-launch support, acting as a crucial link between technical teams and clients to ensure successful integration, process improvement, and user adoption for achieving business goals.

Requirements

  • Have implemented large projects as part of a team.
  • Can build a strong understanding of functional and technical aspects of the product and be able to explain product features to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Can maintain professional and friendly relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication.
  • Strong at MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Go-getter with an eye for detail and drive to see tasks to completion.
  • Good organisational ability to keep track of tasks, time management.
