Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement with focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct adoption and usage reviews; suggest solutions to customer challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and collaborate with product team.
  • Partner with sales for upselling, renewals, and increasing revenue per customer.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • (Bonus) Prior experience in a customer-facing or customer success role.
  • (Bonus) Product knowledge or aptitude.
