Job Description: As a member of the team at Sutherland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and exploring upselling opportunities over the phone within a growing customer base. Your role will involve identifying and understanding various customer needs and scenarios, and offering cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner. By showcasing new products, you will contribute to strengthening customer branding, increasing customer revenue, and enhancing productivity. Keeping abreast of client and industry processes, technology applications, utilities, and products will be crucial in delivering high-quality service. You will utilize client-based tools and applications for effective customer management and servicing, while ensuring seamless transfer of customers to appropriate departments when necessary. Additionally, your responsibilities will include data entry, documentation, case management, and collaboration within a team-based environment to achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
