Customer Service/Sales

You will be responsible for customer service and sales activities. As a hard-core sales professional, you will handle sales and customer service by reaching out to Spas, Gyms, and other potential businesses for our Laundry services. Your main tasks will include tele sales marketing, customer service background, and resolving product or service-related issues. You will need to clarify customer complaints, determine the cause of problems, and provide the best solutions to address the issues efficiently. In this role, you will recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs, prepare reports by analyzing customer information, and contribute to team efforts to achieve desired results. Managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, identifying customer needs, and building sustainable relationships through effective communication will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be required to provide accurate information to customers, meet sales targets, handle complaints, process customer accounts, and follow communication procedures and guidelines diligently. Going the extra mile to engage customers, resolving complaints via multiple channels, and suggesting solutions for product malfunctions will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will assist in order placements, refunds, exchanges, and provide relevant company information to customers. Your role may also involve handling product recalls, persuading customers, informing them about deals and promotions, and selling products and services effectively. Generating new customer leads, upselling company offerings, and preparing sales reports will be essential components of your daily tasks. To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, confidence, and be a hard-working individual. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service background and tele sales marketing, preferably females below 40 years old and residing in Chennai, specifically from locations near ECR, Velachery, Tambaram, and Kelambakkam, are highly preferred.
