Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via calls, chat, and email.
  • Maintain and update client pages, ensuring accuracy and timely changes.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and usage of SocialAddress features.
  • Conduct Google Meet sessions to explain product features and resolve client issues.
  • Record and track all customer interactions and feedback systematically.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective responses.
  • Follow up on client issues until successful resolution.
  • Provide suggestions for improving customer experience and internal processes
