Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Sonipat

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback via various channels (email, phone, chat, social media) promptly and professionally
• Assisting customers in resolving issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance
• Recording interactions, issues, and resolutions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to maintain accurate records
• Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and collecting feedback to improve services
• Compiling reports on common customer issues, feedback trends, and frequently asked questions to help improve products/services or support processes
• Contributing to or updating the knowledge base with new solutions, FAQs, or troubleshooting guides to assist both customers and the support team
