Job Description

As a Customer Service Trainee at SaaSAro, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in MS-Office, Hindi and English proficiency (both spoken and written), and MS-Excel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our software platform.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer service standards.
Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric approach.
