Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Generate leads and follow up to close sales. Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer queries effectively. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM or relevant systems. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Confident and persuasive with excellent negotiation skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required). Immediate joiners preferred.
