Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships through digital channels.
  2. Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products to meet requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal/external teams (Contact Center, Business teams, Aggregators) to ensure timely service.
  4. Execute all campaigns and activities as planned by the Digital Sales Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Minimum 12 years of experience in Offline/Online Channels or Home Loan/Affordable Housing Finance sales.
  3. Knowledge of financial products (Home Loans, Mortgages) and statutory compliance.
  4. Postgraduate qualification is optional.
