Overview:

Customer Care Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via

    calls, emails, social media

    , and other assigned channels.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints per company policy.
  • Transfer sales leads and special cases to relevant departments.
  • Conduct

    customer satisfaction surveys

    and collect feedback.
  • Participate in

    care campaigns

    (recall, loyalty, promotions, etc.).
  • Report customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Comply with company culture, processes, and assigned tasks.


Requirements:

  • 3+ year of experience in automotive customer service (car or motorcycle)
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer care skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
