This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Chennai. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Daily tasks include handling customer interactions, troubleshooting technical issues, providing accurate information about services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Experience in customer support roles is a plus
