You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a graduate in any discipline, you will identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. Your role will also involve ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per their requirements. Executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand will be part of your responsibilities. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally, as well as establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers, will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and establish strong distribution channels. It will also be important for you to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations.,
