Your responsibilities will include ensuring the number of logins and disbursements, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and establish strong client relationships both internally and externally. Building a strong brand identification with potential customers is essential. Vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors will also be part of your duties.
