As a successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will need to be a graduate in any discipline and possess the ability to identify target areas for prospective business opportunities. Your primary tasks will include pre-screening customer segments according to the organization's norms, ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs. Additionally, you will be expected to cross-sell multiple products to meet customer requirements. To promote the TCFSL brand, you will execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest and build strong client relationships both internally and externally. Developing a strong brand identification with potential customers will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and establishing strong distribution channels. It will be essential to maintain compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations to ensure the smooth operation of business activities.,
